Solar Agri Solutions
The mill keeps running. The fuel bill disappears.
Solar atta chakkis, oil expellers and sugarcane crushers for rural entrepreneurs, SHGs and FPOs, financed on terms built around harvest seasons.
The diesel problem
₹27,000 a month, burnt before the mill earns a rupee
A 10 HP diesel chakki burns 10 to 15 litres a day. At around ₹90 a litre and 24 run-days a month, that is roughly ₹27,000 a month, over ₹3 lakh a year, spent on fuel alone. Run-hours get rationed to what the fuel budget allows, breakdowns stop business for days, and the operator works in fumes and noise.
Same mill. Same customers. The fuel bill disappears.

What we build
Three solar machines for the rural economy
Each runs on a solar array with a VFD control panel and a high-efficiency motor, so it starts smoothly and runs every sunlight hour at near-zero fuel cost.
Solar atta chakki
100 kg/hr flour milling on a solar drive, supplied new or as a retrofit to an existing diesel mill.
- Grinds wheat, maize, bajra and spices
- No diesel, no fumes, quiet operation
- IoT-monitored for uptime
Solar oil expeller
40 kg of mustard seed an hour yields about 8 litres of oil for the customer, plus mustard cake (khalli) that the mill sells as cattle feed.
- Mustard, groundnut and sesame
- Second income stream for the mill
- Runs on the same solar array as the chakki
Solar sugarcane crusher
Solar-driven cane crushing for jaggery (gur) units, replacing diesel engines through the crushing season.
- VFD-controlled motor drive
- Sized for village jaggery units
- The same solar array runs other loads off-season

Already run a diesel mill?
Retrofit it. The mill, the customers and the operator stay the same.
A 17.85 kWp array of 595 Wp TOPCon bifacial modules (25-year warranty), a 15 HP VFD control panel and a new high-efficiency 10 HP IE3 motor replace the diesel engine. Your customers keep coming; only the fuel bill goes.
- Zero fuel cost; low annual maintenance from year 2
- 8+ hours of optimal voltage on a clear day
- Clean, quiet workplace with zero running emissions
The numbers
What a solarised mill earns
At a conservative 80% capacity over 24 run-days a month, a solar atta chakki and oil expeller earn up to ₹61,440 a month.
Indicative; confirmed per site at assessment.
Savings calculator
What is your diesel costing you?
Enter what your mill burns today and see the monthly bill a solar drive removes, and how fast it pays back.
Indicative, on diesel savings alone. Based on a 17.85 kWp solar drive with a 15 HP VFD panel and a 10 HP IE3 motor at about ₹6.4 lakh. Milling fees, oil-expelling fees and khalli sales shorten payback further. Confirmed per site at assessment.
Financing that fits the season
Loans of 12 to 48 months through our NBFC lending partners, secured against the system itself, with EMIs structured around harvest-season cash flows. Established mill operators qualify with minimal documentation: PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, land record and a field interview.
Where we work
Live programmes across nine Uttar Pradesh districts: Lakhimpur, Bahraich, Rae Bareli, Gonda, Kanpur, Kushinagar, Basti, Gorakhpur and Shrawasti, plus SHG-channel programmes in Rajasthan. Our own teams and trained local partners install and service every site.
