Job Overview:
We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience in Solar Product Sales. An individual who can understand the requirement specifications and implement the changes in an optimized form and who has experience in solar products.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for setting up dealer/distributor network for assigned territory and surrounding areas to generate sales for domestic solar and PV products.
• Responsible for delivering on assigned targets every month.
• Responsible for generating leads solar refrigerator and PV products.
• To use existing channels and clients for lead generation and closing the deals.
• Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales.
• Schedule sales appointments and activities.
• P&L Management for assigned territory and surrounding areas.
• Designing and rolling out schemes for local markets to generate sales.
• Compensation and Incentives will be best on-par with experience and industry standards.
Skills Required:
• Preferred Past Experience in a similar role (Solar, battery, inverter Industry).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Have a genuine hunger for sales.
• Be customer service focused.
CTC: Commensurate with experience, fit & education.

Experience
